The South Lakes Team, set in the Lake District National Park, has an exciting opportunity for a Team Vicar. We are looking for someone who will work collegially with the Team Rector, ecumenical colleagues and committed and able lay people in this Mission Community, working together as an evolving team as we go on seeking to respond to God's call. Progress is being made within the churches and in outreach, with scope to go on developing towards fulfilling our potential.

We are hoping for a priest with a missional imagination who can make a difference by being:

• A people person
• Inspirational

We seek someone who will help us to grow into an outward looking team, will enjoy our variety, will nurture and encourage all ages, and will be enthused by the challenges and rewards that ministry in this team offers.
