We are seeking a Priest in Charge who:

• Understands the joys and challenges of life in a small market town and surrounding Rural Communities.

• Will relish being part of our communities, and build relationships with people of all backgrounds, understandings and spiritualities.

• Is caring - has a strong pastoral heart and passion for encouraging the members of each of the congregations in discipleship

• Is collaborative in nature - working well with the wider Ministry Team in the Mission Community both lay and ordained,

• Is community focussed - being a visible presence in the parishes

• Is engaging - has energy and commitment to engage with the local communities and is sympathetic to the needs of rural communities

• Will have the gifts required to lead on developing Lay Ministry and Vocations across the Mission Community

• Will be adaptable and help with the further development of the Mission Community
