‘Working Together to grow God’s Kingdom in Cumbria’

Is God calling you to parish ministry with a pioneering edge? Grasmoor Mission Community is prayerfully seeking two incumbent level stipendiary priest colleagues to join our Ministry Team.

Grasmoor Mission Community is set amid the iconic lakes and mountains of the Lake District, serving the ‘gem town’ of Cockermouth and nearby village communities. We are raising up vocations to authorised ministries and bringing new people to faith. To complete our team of lay and ordained leaders and deliver the diocesan ‘God For All’ vision we wish to appoint:

A Full Time Priest for the Parish of the Cockermouth Area Team. The previous postholder led on our work with children, young people and schools and we would particularly welcome applications from those with a heart for this area of ministry.

A Part Time Priest for the Benefice of Brigham, Clifton, Dean and Mosser. A suitably qualified applicant may be able to combine the post with a part time children, youth work or schools responsibility to create a full time post.*

The posts may be of interest to a clergy couple seeking adjacent posts.
