The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a

Children & Families Minister

To be based at Ulverston Parish Church, who

• Has a proven track record in work with children principally of primary school age.
• Understands the world of children of primary school age.
• Is a delegator and enabler, able to build and lead a team of volunteers, delegating as appropriate.
• Is willing to work collaboratively with others involved in children’s ministry.
• Well organised, and able to plan a course of action and develop a ministry with support from others.

This is a part time position, 24.5 hours a week.

Salary: £18,299.00 (£26,141.00FTE) plus a 15% pension contribution.
