There is a formal process which may be followed if a complaint is to be lodged against a member of the clergy.

Dependent on the severity of the complaint, there are circumstances when a more informal approach can be adopted. Unless a complaint involves an Archdeacon, it is suggested that a first port of call could be to your relevant Archdeacon.
