Ordinary people seeking together to follow and serve Jesus - in the community, and for the community. You are welcome to our services and other events.

Services and other events: These are shared between ourselves and Kirkoswald Methodist Chapel. If no services in Kirkoswald, there will usually be one in a nearby church in our group- at Great Salkeld, Lazonby or Renwick. Visit the 'Services and Events' and the 'News and Notices' pages to learn about these and other sources of help. You can also go to the East of Eden Community website for up to date local online resources and information. CLICK HERE

The Churchwardens to contact on general matters are: Michael Watts (01768 898688) or Mike Munro: (01768 898619)

FOR QUERIES REGARDING BAPTISMS, WEDDINGS AND FUNERALS please note that we are currently without a vicar. In the meantime, please contact: Revd Fiona Jenkins (Retired Priest) Email: revfionalazonby@icloud.com Tel: 07725 404668

St. Oswald's Church is now open for visiting and prayer from 10am to 6pm. approximately during the Spring and Summer. Anyone wishing to gain access at other times will need to contact Ruth Lee on 01768 898604, or Michael Watts: 01768 898688

For Safeguarding: To ensure that we keep everyone safe, we have a Parish Safeguarding Officer, who does what is needed to keep children and vulnerable people safe. We follow the 'Promoting a Safer Church' policy approved by the House of Bishops.

St Oswald's is in a group (or benefice) of 4 churches; the other churches in the group are: St Nicholas, Lazonby, All Saints', Renwick, and St Cuthbert's, Great Salkeld.
